A young girl made me sit on a massage chair with water that was too cold, did a sloppy job, and didn't ask my permission before cutting my nails short. She did my mother's manicures and pedicures and she was in a lot of pain when she got home. It was disrespectful to an elderly person. Terrible, and I will never return to this place.
